Den today i went dragon boating den gt 1 teacher xtra go catch me for puttin earstick den i need take out. Waste my effort for putting. When i was dragon boating i could feel the muscles. O yeah nw i gained 1kg from 53.5kg to 54.5kg hehe i've become more muscluar. My mom says cannot do bodybuilding at such an age like mine...i dun get her lol
